The Admissions Department at Pannai Marimuthu College of Pharmacy ensures a transparent, merit-based process while providing guidance and support to students and parents at every stage. With limited seats (B.Pharm – 100 | D.Pharm – 60), early application is encouraged to secure admission.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
- A pass in 10+2 (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics.
- Acceptable qualifications include Intermediate, Pre-Degree, or first year of a 3-year Science degree.
- Minimum marks as per PCI/State Government norms.
- Reservations for SC/ST candidates as per government regulations.
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Passed 10+2 (Academic Stream) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Maths/Botany & Zoology.
- General category: 40% aggregate marks minimum (pass in theory and practical).
- SC/ST candidates: 35% aggregate marks minimum.
- D.Pharm holders (PCI-recognized) eligible for direct lateral entry to B.Pharm.
Admission Procedure
- Application forms are available at the college office or via official communication channels.
- Applicants must fill the form accurately and attach required documents.
- Admissions are based on merit in the qualifying examination as per government and university norms.
- Selected candidates will be notified officially through notice/email/phone.
- Admission is confirmed after document verification and fee payment.

- 10th Mark Sheet & Transfer Certificate
- 12th / Higher Secondary Mark Sheet & Transfer Certificate
- Diploma in Pharmacy Certificate (for lateral entry to B.Pharm, if applicable)
- Community Certificate (SC/ST/MBC/OBC, if applicable)
- Migration/Eligibility Certificate (for students from outside Tamil Nadu)
- Passport-size Photographs (recent, as per specifications)
- Aadhar Card / ID Proof
