Pannai Marimuthu College of Pharmacy is located in a serene rural setting at Keelakandani, Sivagangai, with a modern multi-level campus spread across a spacious area. The environment is pollution-free and conducive to learning, making it an ideal academic hub for pharmacy education. The campus has a built-up space of more than 1,00,000 sq.ft., with an additional 80,000 sq.ft. under expansion to accommodate future growth.
The institution has architect-designed classrooms with good ventilation, comfortable seating, and modern teaching aids. Smart classrooms with audio-visual facilities are integrated to enhance the learning experience. Each classroom is designed to provide an interactive and engaging environment.
The college houses more than 11 well-equipped laboratories covering all major disciplines of pharmacy – Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, and Pharmacy Practice. Each lab is equipped with advanced instruments and sufficient working space to train students in practical skills, experiments, and research activities. A Machine Room, Preparation Rooms, Museum, and Central Instrumentation Room are also available to strengthen practical learning.

Around 50 computers connected through a Local Area Network (LAN) are available for academic and research purposes. Students are trained in computer applications in pharmacy, data analysis, and digital learning resources.
The campus maintains a medicinal herbal garden that provides live specimens of medicinal plants used in Pharmacognosy and herbal drug research. It acts as a resource for practical training and research on phytomedicine.
Separate hostels for boys and girls are available within the campus. The hostels provide a safe, hygienic, and homely environment with furnished rooms, study areas, recreation facilities, and 24/7 security. Nutritious food and medical care are ensured for the well-being of students.
