The Placement Cell at Pannai Marimuthu College of Pharmacy serves as a bridge between the academic world and the professional industry. Objectives
To facilitate campus recruitment drives with reputed pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
To train students in essential professional skills such as communication, teamwork, interview techniques, and resume preparation.
To support students in identifying their career goals and prepare them for higher studies, entrepreneurship, or employment.
Activities
Campus Recruitment Drives : Renowned companies regularly visit the college for campus interviews. Recently, Medplus conducted a placement drive (21.08.2025), where several students were selected with an annual package of ₹2.5 Lakh.
Skill Development Workshops: Regular workshops and training sessions on personality development, soft skills, and industry-specific knowledge help students prepare for competitive environments.
Career Guidance & Counseling: Expert sessions are organized to provide guidance for pursuing higher studies (M.Pharm, MBA, Pharm.D, or abroad opportunities).
